Verifiable Results
Every COA includes a public verification link
Each Certificate of Analysis carries a unique report number and a shareable link. Anyone you provide the COA to can open that link on the Analitika site and confirm the result matches our sealed laboratory record.

Common Questions
Frequently asked questions
Is HPLC well-suited for analyzing plant-derived alkaloids and natural isolates?
Yes. Most alkaloids and natural isolates contain UV-absorbing chromophores — aromatic rings, conjugated double bonds, or heteroaromatic systems — that are readily detected by reversed-phase HPLC with UV detection. The method separates the target compound from co-extractives, related natural congeners, and process impurities, yielding a quantitative chromatographic purity result. This is particularly valuable for confirming that a natural isolate has been adequately purified away from its source matrix.
How does HPLC verify purity in an extract versus a purified isolate?
When a crude or semi-purified extract is submitted, the chromatogram will typically show the primary compound peak alongside additional peaks from co-extractives and structurally related analogs. The primary peak area is reported as a percentage of total integrated area. A higher purity result indicates a more thoroughly purified isolate. The COA documents whether the sample was submitted as a purified isolate or as an extract and notes the chromatographic profile observed.
Can ANALITIKA test colored or pigmented samples like curcumin or berberine?
Yes. Colored matrices such as curcumin or berberine preparations are compatible with HPLC analysis. Sample preparation steps — including appropriate dilution and, where necessary, filtration or centrifugation — typically reduce matrix interference prior to injection. Where the natural pigmentation of the matrix is substantial, detection wavelengths may be adjusted or additional sample cleanup steps applied. Any method modifications are documented in the COA.
What compounds in this category would ANALITIKA decline to test?
ANALITIKA does not test controlled substances listed under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (Canada) or analogous regulatory schedules, nor cannabis-derived materials, nor any substance that falls within our declared scope exclusions. If there is any uncertainty about whether a specific natural isolate or alkaloid falls within our testing scope, contact us before submitting — we will advise on acceptability prior to any sample being sent.
