Shipping & Sample Policy

Analitika will not accept any shipments or packages until full payment has been received and confirmed. Samples that arrive before payment confirmation will be refused and returned at the sender's expense. Payment confirmation emails include our shipping address and full packaging instructions — do not ship until you receive this email.

Our shipping address is provided only after payment is confirmed. It will appear in your payment confirmation email. Do not ship samples before receiving your confirmation. Packages must be addressed to: ANALITIKA COMPOUND TESTING INC. 1064 Salk Rd, Unit 11 Pickering, Ontario L1W 4B6 Canada

Samples must be packaged securely to prevent breakage or leakage during transit: • Use adequate padding inside a rigid outer box — envelopes are not acceptable • Do not reference compound or substance names on exterior packaging • Include only your name, order number, and "Research Use Only — Analytical Testing" on exterior labels • Place a copy of your order confirmation inside the package ANALITIKA is not responsible for samples damaged during shipping. Ensure your packaging is appropriate for the journey.

Include the following inside every shipment: • Your full name and company (if applicable) • Your order number (ORD-XXXXXX) • For each sample: compound name, amount (mg), and lot/batch number • Any relevant handling notes or storage requirements Do not include invoices, purchase records, or any documentation that identifies the samples as purchased goods.

Clients are responsible for all shipping costs to our facility. We recommend using a tracked courier service (Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, or DHL). Analitika is not responsible for samples lost, damaged, or delayed in transit to our facility. For international shipments, declare the contents as "Research Samples — No Commercial Value" and ensure compliance with all applicable import/export regulations in your country.

Analitika reserves the right to refuse any sample at our sole discretion, including samples that: • Arrive before payment confirmation • Are improperly packaged or present a safety concern • Do not match the order description • Appear to contain controlled substances • Are accompanied by misleading or false documentation Refused samples will be returned at the sender's expense where feasible, or disposed of safely.

Testing typically begins within 1 to 3 business days of sample receipt. Results are delivered 3–5 business days from the date testing commences. Rush orders (with the Rush Processing Fee) are prioritized for 1–2 business day results from commencement of testing. Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on sample complexity, queue volume, or additional method development requirements.

Residual samples are retained for 30 days following the issue of the Certificate of Analysis, after which they are disposed of safely in accordance with applicable regulations. Clients who require the return of residual samples must request this in writing before testing commences. Return shipping costs are the client's responsibility.
