How credits and rollover work

Subscribe monthly
Pay upfront each month and receive a credit balance equal to your tier's included tests.

Submit at any time
Submit samples as needed throughout the month. Each completed test draws from your credit balance.

Unused credits roll forward
Any unused credits carry over to the following month — once. Credits that are not used within two months expire.

Overage billed at discount
If you exceed your included tests in a month, additional tests are billed at your tier's discounted per-test rate.
