• Visit the client portal
• Click 'Create Account'
• Verify your email address
• Set your password

Complete Your Profile

Add your contact information and billing address.

• Company name and contact info
• Phone number
• Billing address
• Optional: Watermark logo for your COA

Submit Test Order

Select your compounds and desired tests through our portal.

• Choose test compounds
• Select test types (HPLC, LAL, etc.)
• Add optional rush processing
• Review pricing and details

Complete Payment

Choose your payment method and complete transaction.

• Review order summary
• Select e-Transfer or credit card
• Follow payment instructions
• Receive confirmation email

Ship Your Sample

Prepare and ship your sample according to guidelines.

• Use adequate padding to protect vials
• Include batch/lot codes only
• Use discreet packaging
• Include your Order ID on package

Receive Results

Get your Certificate of Analysis and test results.

• 3–5 business days from receipt
• Results in your secure portal
• Download and share reports
• Verify your certificate online

No Shipments Before Payment

We will not accept any shipments or packages until payment has been confirmed. Only send your samples after you receive the payment confirmation email with shipping instructions.

Packaging Guidelines

Ship samples with adequate padding inside a rigid outer box. Do not reference compound names on exterior labels — include only your Order ID. ANALITIKA is not responsible for samples damaged during shipping.
