Terms of Service

Last updated: October 17, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, creating a client account, or submitting a sample to Analitika Compound Testing Inc. (Analitika, we, our, us), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Analitika provides analytical testing services for research-use and research-related materials. Core services are liquid chromatography (HPLC) based — purity, purity with quantity, and BAC/pH verification of reconstitution solutions — together with LAL bacterial endotoxin testing and custom method development. Specialised analyses, including residual solvents and heavy metals, are available on request, and the methods applied are identified on the Certificate of Analysis. Upon completion, clients receive a Certificate of Analysis (COA) documenting the test results.

3. Eligibility & Jurisdiction

Our services are available to clients worldwide where not prohibited by applicable law. By using our services you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that your use of the services does not violate any laws or regulations in your jurisdiction. Analitika reserves the right to refuse service in any jurisdiction at our sole discretion.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information when creating an account and submitting test requests. Clients must ensure samples are legally obtained, properly packaged, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction. Analitika reserves the right to refuse any sample without explanation. Clients agree not to submit controlled substances, samples intended for human or animal use, or any material prohibited under applicable law.

5. Prohibited Uses

Our testing services are for research-use and research-related purposes only. Analitika does not test compounds intended for human consumption, and does not provide regulatory approval, safety certification, or endorsement of any compound for any use. Misrepresentation of testing purpose may result in immediate account termination. Analitika will not test controlled substances, cannabis or cannabis derivatives, or any substance regulated under Canadian or applicable international law without prior written authorization.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is required in full before testing begins and before shipping instructions are issued. Analitika does not begin testing, reserve bench time, or accept samples until payment has been received and confirmed. Upon submitting an order, clients receive an order confirmation and invoice stating the amount owing. The shipping address and instructions are released only after payment is confirmed — do not ship samples before receiving your shipping confirmation email. Samples received before payment confirmation will be refused and returned at the client's expense. Testing begins within 1 to 3 business days of confirmed sample receipt. Rush processing, where available, requires full payment before commencement and the rush fee is non-refundable once testing has started. Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change with reasonable notice.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before payment is confirmed at no charge. Once payment is confirmed and samples have been received, no refunds will be issued except where Analitika is unable to complete testing due to reasons within our control. Rush fees are non-refundable once testing has commenced. If a sample is rejected due to improper packaging, regulatory concerns, or safety issues, the client will be notified and a partial refund may be issued at Analitika's discretion. Analitika is not responsible for samples lost or damaged in transit to our facility.

8. Results & Reports

Analytical results issued by ANALITIKA COMPOUND TESTING INC. are provided for research-use and research-related purposes only. They describe the sample as received and the analytical methods applied, and constitute analytical data only. ANALITIKA does not determine the safety, suitability for any intended use, or regulatory status of any material tested. These results are not an endorsement, approval, certification, or recommendation of the material for human use or for use in any animal, and must not be presented or relied upon as such. ANALITIKA accepts no responsibility for any use of a tested material beyond the analytical scope of this report. COAs are issued solely on the basis of the sample provided — Analitika cannot verify the identity, origin, or integrity of samples prior to testing.

9. Confidentiality

All test results are private by default and accessible only through the client portal. Results will not be shared with third parties without the client's explicit written consent, except as required by law or court order. Analitika employees are bound by confidentiality obligations regarding all client and sample information.

10. Intellectual Property

Clients retain ownership of their individual test results. Analitika retains ownership of all testing methodologies, equipment, processes, software, branding, and website content. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution of our COA format, branding, or methodologies is prohibited. COAs may be shared by clients for legitimate research-use purposes provided they are not altered, forged, or misrepresented.

11. Limitation of Liability

Analitika accepts no liability for any products or materials tested, and our service is limited to the analytical scope of this report. The report in no way endorses or implies the suitability or efficacy of any subsequent use of materials for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Analitika shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific test in question.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Ontario, Canada, in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario for any matters not subject to arbitration.

14. Changes to Terms

Analitika reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after material changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Clients will be notified of material changes via email where practicable.
