Verifiable Results
Every COA includes a public verification link
Each Certificate of Analysis carries a unique report number and a shareable link. Anyone you provide the COA to can open that link on the Analitika site and confirm the result matches our sealed laboratory record.

Common Questions
Frequently asked questions
How does HPLC handle a multi-component peptide blend?
Reversed-phase HPLC separates compounds based on relative hydrophobicity. In a properly developed gradient method, individual peptides in a blend elute at distinct retention times, allowing each component to be quantified independently. ANALITIKA uses UV detection at 214 nm to identify and measure each peak within the chromatogram. The degree of resolution between peaks depends on the structural similarity of the peptides present.
What does the Certificate of Analysis show for a peptide blend?
The COA reports a separate purity result for each identifiable peptide component — expressed as a percentage of total integrated chromatographic area — along with its retention time and any impurity or unknown peaks observed. Where a submitted blend contains two or more peptides, each receives its own entry in the analytical results table. The COA makes no determination of safety, suitability, or regulatory status of the blend or any component within it.
How much sample is required for blend analysis?
Contact ANALITIKA before submitting if you have questions about sample quantity and we will advise on what is needed for your specific submission.
Are there limitations to HPLC analysis of peptide blends?
HPLC reliably separates and quantifies components when sufficient chromatographic resolution exists between peaks. In blends containing peptides with very similar sequences or molecular weights, co-elution is possible and may limit the ability to report individual purities as discrete values. ANALITIKA reports on what is analytically resolvable and notes any co-eluting or unresolved regions in the COA. The method does not assess endotoxin burden, sterility, or biological activity — those require separate analytical testing.
Analytical results issued by ANALITIKA COMPOUND TESTING INC. are provided for research-use and research-related purposes only. They describe the sample as received and the analytical methods applied, and constitute analytical data only.
