What does 'Other / Not Listed' mean as a compound category?
ANALITIKA's testing scope is defined by analytical service type — HPLC purity and identity analysis — not by a fixed list of approved compound names. If a compound does not appear in one of our named categories, it may still be testable. Submit a pre-submission inquiry with the compound name, CAS number if known, molecular class or structure, and any available UV absorption data. ANALITIKA will evaluate method suitability and confirm in advance whether the submission can be accepted.
Can ANALITIKA perform analysis without knowing the identity of a compound in advance?
Yes, with limitations. HPLC can characterize the chromatographic profile of a sample without a pre-declared identity — detecting and quantifying peaks by retention time and UV absorbance. However, identity confirmation against a reference standard requires knowing which compound to compare against. For a submission where the identity is genuinely unknown, ANALITIKA can report the chromatographic purity of the dominant peak and document the full impurity profile, but cannot confirm molecular identity without a declared compound name and matching reference standard.
How does testing work for a custom-synthesized or novel compound?
Custom synthesis outputs and novel actives are assessed on a case-by-case basis. The submitting party should provide the compound name or IUPAC designation, CAS number if assigned, expected molecular weight, known UV absorption characteristics, and a reference standard if available. If no reference standard is provided, ANALITIKA can still report chromatographic purity relative to the dominant peak and document the full impurity profile. Method development for non-standard compounds may require additional lead time.
What is the typical turnaround time for an unusual or non-standard submission?
Standard HPLC purity testing for well-characterized compounds is completed within 3–5 business days of sample receipt, with analysis beginning within 1 to 3 business days of receipt. Submissions requiring custom method development, reference standard sourcing, or pre-submission review may require additional time. ANALITIKA will communicate the expected timeline before the order is confirmed.
